CONTEST: Kindle Fire Forum Contest!

It would be great surfing Android Forums on the Kindle Fire! I am excited to see what all the talk about the web browser is. It's supposed to be sweet.

This is more directed at Amazon than at developers, but it bears mentioning: although you already have an appstore customized just for the Kindle Fire, you should still include a filter to set tablet-friendly apps apart from the rest. If you put this feature in all versions of your appstore, you'll not only give your store another edge over the Android Market, but you'll also jump-start tablet development overall and make all Android tablets (yours included) more competitive with the iPad

(1) What app, game, magazine, newspaper, or other activity are you MOST looking forward to using on the Kindle Fire?
I think my wife will love to use this as an ereader or for Movies.

(2) What feature of the Kindle Fire excites you the most?
I can't wait to see the Silk browser.

Developers, please consider making your ROMs theme-friendly so others will have an easier time making themes for your ROM. This is much better than simply changing a few UI colors and icons and releasing as a separate ROM. It allows for more variety as more themers are encouraged to work with your ROM, making your ROM more popular in the process, and eliminates a huge source of flaming from a user base that hardly needs anything to provoke their trolling instincts.

(1) What app, game, magazine, newspaper, or other activity are you MOST looking forward to using on the Kindle Fire?

(2) What feature of the Kindle Fire excites you the most? The browser!! Can't wait to try Silk.

Lockscreen customizing has really taken off in popularity recently, becoming a category all its own alongside ROMs, kernels, and themes. The possibilities are endless for making a unique, attractive and functional lockscreen - it's almost a ROM in its own right. The more attention you pay to lockscreens, the more you set your ROM apart from the rest
