Help copy text from entire page

I have looked and cant seem to find an answer anywhere. I want to copy an entire page of text. I know about manually copying text by dragging the brackets. But all i found was just saving a page. Is there a select all for an entiee page like when in a text box? Thankyou for anyhelp

Only thing I'm aware of is the brackets. I don't believe there is another way.
