Help Copying contacts to SIM

I kno ita probably right in front of my face but how do I copy my contacts to the sim card?

Ya know, I never knew how to do that either. I just know the cell phone guys always do that for me whenever I buy a new phone.

Go to Contacts press menu then import/export

I tried that you can only import from a sim card or to or from an SD card
