Help couple problems with phone storage

I currently have a droid incredible and around a week ago I rooted it and put on nil's gingersense 3.0. For a while I had no problems. Then for whatever reason my sd card and phone storage became unavailable. I tried a different card but that wont help. I have been searching for a solution for a couple days but cant find anything.

I also have the problem where the phone needs to be plugged in to boot up otherwise it will vibrate 5 times and flash the led.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Not sure but that last bit sounds really bad. Are you in need of a new battery? I'd say the emmc/sd mounting problems are going to require a full wipe and reload, just my guess. Strange that it would work for awhile and then quit though.
