Help Cradle Settings?

I bought the stock cradle from Verizon for my SF. When I dock it I really don't want any program to come up at all, such as the default cradle program, and I don't want the brightness settings to change.

Is there settings to make it simply charge the phone and not launch the program without having to uninstall the app or something like that? It's a matter of personal prefereance.

I've not found a way to do it, without a custom ROM But now, with a custom ROM, docking in the cradle doesn't do anything, which is my problem (The opposite of yours).

You can freeze "DockService" I think, if you don't want it to launch anything. My ROM doesn't launch the dock program but pressing the home button brings up the dock screen.

If you run any other launcher than the stock one (such as Launcher Pro or ADW) it doesn't do anything when you dock it. I use Launcher Pro, and I have to hit the "Home" soft key after docking it for the "Cradle" app to start.

I set up a tasker profile to ask me on docking whether to start the dock app, a desk clock app, or do nothing.

I don't actually use the dock app, btw, but as of now it's the only way I've found to run audio out through the dock (I'm on a leaked version of froyo).
