did you read any of the 100 pages? yes it will reboot, especially the first 24-48 hours.

just redownload gapps, where did you find that gapps version?
should be 3-22_GApps_Minimal_4.4.2_DX.zip

bug/issue are not listed in op, because ther has been a new build almost everyday for last month.
current bugs include but not limit too:
random hot reboots for some users
video rec 480p only
GPS doesn't work, only AGPS
may want to read CyanogenMod 11 (Unofficial) - 3/31/14 - Droid X Development - RootzWiki
m.ksy tries to keep op updated.

shouldn't be, try changing storage setting to pc mode or usb mass storage in settings>storage>menu

There is no cm10/Jellybean for Droid X that I know of, no one ever got one to even boot.
Liquid ICS v2.1 - 2/15/14 is very good.
Can not really tell you what rom is best for you, I can tell you what is popular and what has most recently been updated. If cm11 is rebooting alot, you can try the newer build or an older build.
