Help Crazy Battery ? :D

Good day, ma friends.

Today after crazy night while having crazy hangover I checked my phone just to have any clues what was I doing yesterday, cause I couldn't remember the whole night. So I checked all the sms , call log etc + battery usage, look what I got there, what caused that sudden battery drop at issue nr 1 in the picture ? Second... how did the phone charge itself ? And what is that red line at issue nr 3 ?

yeah, that does look a bit weird ive seen drops like that on my phone too, occasionally when i reboot.. maybe u rebooted it during that time? its still a pretty big drop, quite odd

not sure about the little bump where it charged itself though.. but the red bit on the phone signal probably means ur phone lost signal for a bit..

if ur rooted, u could calibrate ur battery n see how the battery indicators behave after

I got something like that yesterday. My daughter was playing angry birds or some other game on it, and the phone hang. The home button and power button didn't do anything, so did a restart by long pressing on the power button.

After that when checking the battery usage, noticed the drop. It could be something to do with phone rebooting and recalibration of battery power. Maybe android can't keep up with discharging if using heavily like playing games.

Did you do a cold restart at that point?

As I said, I was completely wasted and remember something that my phone hung, but it didn't restart, it came back in 1 minute as I remember, probably that caused this battery drop. Hope it's not hardware..

+ if you noticed, the phone signal's line color changed after the drop.

Don't worry bout the red line. If you go in the lift you would get that if it lasted long enough that is. I went into a lift ride that lasted 4 minutes and it got that red line. Must be the hung phone that caused it. And the restart. Maybe you restarted but didn't noticed.

The sudden dip at #1 appears to coincide with a brief GPS activation. #2 is most likely just a slight recalculation, and #3 is a short loss of signal.

i removed and reinstalled the battery yesterday. Battery dropped 10% give or take. Showed a complete vertical drop on the graph. battery life sucked that day worse than usual
