Their is more to it than that, seems as if I had/have a stalker. I decided to go with something less eye appealing and Staff agrees. Besides, I really do play the sax!!

Yeah I got that feeling from from the local sales reps when I did a service call to a Sprint store. The rep was trying to convince me to go to sprint by saying how much better service my phone would get. I reminded him I was a technician and that my corporate phone was Sprint, and other than the ability to roam it didn't perform any better for service.


Boost does need to offer the GS3 though, the ones they have out now just don't interest me. I want my Samsung..

I spoke with a Best Buy phone rep the other day. She said she heard that the S3 is coming to Boost and they will carry it for Boost.

I think Boost is losing customers for not having more recent phones.

I can understand the -1 philosophy of prepaid (encourage peeps to go contract for current phones) but other carriers are much more recent in their offerings.

The problem is that many people left the contract plans due to cost and that the level of customer service on contract plans tends to drop off because of the mentality of they got you for 2 years. What would happen is Boost loosing customer to another prepaid provider.
