Cursor Positioning In GB

I remember when we used to have a little thingy which showed up in editable text windows and allowed us to position the cursor as we saw fit. It was a little tricky to use until you got the flow of it.

Either I haven't gotten the GB flow or this feature is no longer there. I know I can now highlight a word and drag the handles to highlight a sentence or paragraph. Excellent! How do I just more the cursor forward a character?

I hope I'm just missing the obvious.

Just tap in the window of what you want to edit. The arrow cursor comes up, just like the little red circle used to.

I think those "handles/brackets" thingies are genius. One of the few new additions I think they actually got right.
