Help Custom boot animation help

What is the "HTC sync app"? and how do i run that?

It's HTC's program to sync Outlook stuff but it includes drivers which is key to proper recognition. You should be able to connect to your pc as a drive and scan your SD contents to launch the HTC Sync.exe file on your PC. Version might be 2.0.25 on your Inc. If you have issues, HTC has updated the Sync build for the Inc to 2.0.33 and can be downloaded at the HTC site using the following link:

I don't know if it's me, but the forum is taking forever to load. You probably figured it out already but all that does is remove the boot animation. Sets it back to factory boot screen.

Yeah its really laggy for me too. No i havent figured it out i tried putting it in cmd but i get...

adb shell rm -r /data/local/bootanimation.zip
'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file

You have to do this first:

cd c:\android-sdk-windows\tools (enter)

Then the adb shell thing. If you already did then I don't know. I don't think your computer likes playing with boot animations all that much.
