Custom Boot Screen

I didnt know where to post this so I posted it here. My phone I installed a custom boot screen and sound. It wont show the screen or put off the sound when I turn it on is there a way to fix it?
 
Yes start by giving us a lot more information What device do you have? Is it rooted? How did you install the boot screen? Is is specific for your device? Is the resolution set to your device? is the sound file named the same as the one you wish to replace?

It is rooted and it's a ZTE Z740. I used the root method to do it and I made my own boot but I used the same files named them the same. If possible could you add me on Skype so it's easier for me to contact you?

Sry I don't have skype nor do I use or support Microsoft systems. Just my thing. You may need to check the original boot images to see that you have the same resolution. You could also have a permission issue not allowing the system to display it. Can you check these and see if it works
 
Then check permissions maybe go to your recovery if its custom and check permissions it should reset permissions and then see if it loads
 
What recovery do you have? There should be a fix permissions in an advanced menu. unless your stock. Only other thing would be try changing them in a file manager with root access
 
Then you need to use your file manager to check the permissions of the two files and make sure that they have the right permissions
the one for mine is rw-r--r--
