Root Custom Folders???

So, I've rooted my phone and am running the MikG rom. I was just wondering if there was a way to make the folder icon change or behave differently, so that it is more like an iPhone folder. I dont want to use an app, because all apps like this are widgets, which lack the drag and drop feature. So if you guys could help me out, that would be great.
Thanks :)

When you say "folders", do you mean the app icons?
Assuming that is true, and aside from using an app to change the look/behavior of the icon, the only thing I can think of, is using a different launcher.
There are alot of lauchers in the playstore.
Did I understand you correctly?

If you long press on the screen, then press shortcuts, then folders, a new folder can be created on your home screen. Then you can rename the folder to your liking and add any app and/or apps specifically to that folder

I am not sure, I don't think so. Other than a different launcher or an app like Folder Organizer (which I have used). Like you said, the app, Folder Organizer, will utilize a widget to point to the app. The widget can be anything you like.
