Accessories Custom Made Incredible Dock

Hope you get your materials soon, and best of luck with the process. These are extremely nice docks and I can't wait to see the finished product!

Just finalize a design that you want to put your name on. After reading all the posts, not everyone will be completely happy with the end result. Listen to everyone's opinion, decide what you think will work and go for it.

I like simplicity. I'm not a charging stand kinda guy but this will work for my wife. She will want a charging device for her Incredible ala the BB types and the kind she has for her D1. She wants to just slide it in. Case closed.

FYI - I had to find her a charging stand so she would not wig out when I get the Droid X and hand her down the Incredible. She is OK for me to get new things as long as she gets something too.

Once you are set to take orders, I will be buying one.

I am not 100% sure, but is *should* work if you have an angled power cable. Do not quote me on this because I do not have one of these cables to measure, I will order one though, and let you know for sure.

I agree...The design is final and will not be making any more changes, pending everything is tight and right when I get the first one built. I will have it done for sure Monday. I am getting impatient with UPS.

That's the one I like. Count me in. Of course I'll be removing the back rest. I can ship that part back to you too if you wanted to use it else where.
 
Count me in for 1 as well! This looks amazing. Are you going to be providing a charger with them or just the dock for the $30? If they come with chargers I will want at least 2 if not 3. I guess I can always buy more chargers if I must.

You have give the members a heads up thru the entire process...

I like your attention to detail and your passion to make a dock.

Supply issues are a pain but unfortunately they do happen.. as Incredible owners we already know this. :/

Looking forward to seeing what the final version looks like...
 
Have you received the metal yet and made the final prototype? Please post an picture and tell us when we can start placing orders. :D

Pretty sure you can get other logo's but not the droid logo cause he doesn't want Lucas Media knocking on his door anytime soon I would imagine. Just get a decal made from somewhere instead and slap it on.

As n2airz explained back on the first page, he can't sell the docks with those logo's because they don't belong to him. He can use them for his own personal dock (like we all could) but he can't make money off of them.

He said he would provide a custom engraving option (for $5, I believe) or you could always just buy some decals like Mach3te mentioned. You can get them for pretty cheap actually.

Cool Cool guys. I actually thought about selling them. I did a little research and that Droid logo and font is out, Can't use it. You can use the droid robot, but have to give credit too google. So I was trying to think of something else that would look cool in place and haven't come up with anything yet. lol
