hey when i do a backup i try to restore it and it tells me mismatch md5 and i restore it right after it back it up

Did you mess around with the nandroid? Add anythings/delete stuff?
You can either flash back stock recovery with odin and reflash cwm or create a new md5 checksum for your nandroid.

Or rename the folder the backup is in? Make sure there are no spaces if you do that...

the backup folder and cwm mod folder or just the backup?

because i renamed the backup no luck for me

I tryed to flash back to stock and than reflashed it and still the same thing keeps say md5 mismatch on everything even the backup it just made
