As a noob to flashing roms etc. I would appreciate some advice and to know if this is straightforward or risky
I'd like to use clockwork recovery on my rooted stock gs2 and I have downloaded what I think is the correct file for my phone "recovery-clockwork-4-2.0.1.5-galaxys2.zip" from the CWM/ Rom Manager website.
Questions:
Is this the correct file?
Will it alter my kernel?
Will my root be lost?
Should I flash it with Mobile Odin app or Heimdall?
Model : GT-I9100
Android Version: 2.3.4
Baseband Version:I9100XXKI1
Kernel Version: 2.6.35.7-I9100XWKI4-CL575468

Build Number: GINGERBREAD.XWKI4
