I believe so. It looks like it, but it has kings optimizations added. It is super sweet. I'm not an aosp guy but I really like it so far.

This is OASP? does it just have a GB overlay or something?

i just installed it, and its just like CM7 lol (well, a little different theme n so forth, but even has CM settings in the menu LoL) so yeah, its AOSP..... restoring my CM7 nightly as i type this lol

Yeah I went back to the nightly as well. It just doesn't offer enough cool theming for me to abandon the nightly releases.
