This rom comes with a stock htc kernel, so its top clock speed is 1ghz(or really 1.024)You can adjust the min/max still, just not above 1.024ghz or below 245mhz and you can still change the governor.

If you want to overclock, you can flash imoseyon's 3.5.0GB test([Kernel] [GB Sense] leanKernel: minimalistic kernel (3.5.0GBtest, 7/24/11)) be warned, i saw some people have problems with this in the team bamf forums(it will make your front facing camera be upside down[you can fix it by going into landscape] and there may be other problems) but it works fine for other people.

I personally left the stock kernel because this rom performs fine for me, but if you want to overclock flash the kernel above

That's a shame. I found some of my apps, like video vault, work much better since I oc'd to 1.4 ghz on bamf 1.8.6.

I flashed that kernel on pr1 and it broke some HTC processes. I'm not sire what they were quite frankly but it kept reminding me that I screwed up LOL. Had to nandroid back to the stock kernel which actually works quite well anyway.
 
Im downloading the pr3 as we speak, but I have a quick question...I'm currently on synergy (not a fan, extremely laggy for me with the stock kernel) and the HTC Hub works..and I downloaded all 5 of the available skins and installed them...how do I preserve them, so that when I flash this ROM, I am able to recover those skins because HTC Hub doesn't work on Uber BAMF, and I want to have those skins available..
 
^ i like shoot me. i can't stand that camera in screenies.... just me though.

i'm running gingervitus 3D v1.0.

NO bugs. Makes sweet sweet love with my battery and has lots of stamina. has EVERYTHING i want/need for a daily driver. i used to be a BAMF guy, but had probs. i'll be happy to flash this bad boy when it becomes up to their standards.... they do make great ROMs.

I was showing the lockscreen bugs but you can't take screenshots of the lockscreen because the phones locked

And ya i have shoot me already, i tried to use it for that
 
I flashed PR3 last night...Battery life seems pretty decent from what I can tell so far...Im using the stock kernel. No major issues that I have found so far. I'm on the newest leaked radio, and that seems to be working flawlessly with this ROM as well. I know HTC Hub doesn't connect if you try and download skins or wallpapers, but other than that, I don't think I have found any other bugs or issues with it thus far. UI is smooth as can be, app drawer is like butter. I'm definitely a big fan of this ROM. Anyone using this with any of IMO's kernels, either 3.5.8 or .11? I have never flashed a kernel with a ROM yet and have always just used the ROM's with whatever stock kernel is baked into them already, but have been hearing excellent things about IMO's kernels, and I would kind of like the option of being able to overclock with BAMF as well. :)
 
What's the difference between this ROM and Bamf 3.0 4.9, which I'm currently running? I know the first or second posts mentions it's like GB 2.1, but 3.o is my first GM ROM. I was running Bamf 1.6 before this, which was froyo. A description of any basic differences would be appreciated!
 
It is different because it let's you switch between sense 2.1 and 3.0 while staying in the same ROM, it has the best of both worlds

I'm hearing that it's smoother than 4.9, which is worth the download for me. I can get 4.9 decently smooth when clocked at 1.6, but then my Tbolt chuckles at nary a mention of battery life.

I'm clicked at 1.2 And I thnk that pr3 is my go to at this point. It's amazing, and almost no issues. The only issues I've found are Talk FCs and no HTC Hub..neither or which are dealbreakers for me, so this is definitely my favorite ROM right now
 
Anyone using this ROM and download any additional themes? I can't get any themes to download and show up under "Skins" any ideas??
