Data plan while visiting London

Hello. I will be visiting London on vacation for a week, and was wondering if there is any way to get data on my Hero for that time? Unfortunately, my small local cell phone carrier does not work with any companies in London (I checked last time was there).

You could pick up a pre-pay (PayAsYouGo) SIM card from any of the major UK carriers. As an example ('cos it's the only one I have details of to hand), you get 100MB of data included with Orange's Dolphin plan for

Thanks for sharing your ideas. I planned to take a month long vacation in London and most of the Western Europe (Paris, Rome..). Will any of these Sim cards from London be usable (voice, text, data) on the Continent? I am carrying a Sumsong Galaxy S Blaze (4G) phone (unlocked). Any incompatibility issues!
