Root Data Throttle for all our CM7 roms!

what theme are you using?

Noticeddd that your battery icon isnt there :D ends up with a status sync error icon after you flash lol
 
No this one wont work with Stock roms i would need your services.jar to edit it to removed data throttle. And im using ice9 theme.
 
Tried it both ways as I mentioned above and still a no go for me. It passes the LG screen like it's going to boot up but gets stuck on the boot animation, I even redownloaded it to make sure it wasn't a corrupt DL. Maybe my phone just doesn't like it.
 
If you read the post I said it will take a bit to boot. It does work cause I flashed it. If it makes it toi boot animation please be patient.
 
I actually fell asleep last night while it was booting and woke up to it being stuck. Not loading, but stuck. The first time was about 7 hours and the second I waited an hour, still nothing. So like I said, guess it doesn't like my phone lol. Thanks for the file though, and hope it at least works for other people.

I actually did it on Reppards and PlayfulGods rom, fresh flashes and everything and still nothing. Like I posted earlier, Bobz & BACKsides rom don't run good on my phone (first generation) so I didn't try those. Kelsos rom works fine with the ICS theme throttle remover, but I like CM7 too much to give it up. Too bad I guess....But once again, thanks for all the help.
 
I grabbed the one you posted up top. Maybe that's why it's not working, I'm running Reppards and this is from BobzHome and that one doesn't work well on my OM, just like BACKsides.

Are you putting the zip on the root of your sdcard? Cause that's what i did and it worked fine for me, i have the first Optimus M 2.2 and i'm running Bobz CM7. Do not put the zip in a folder. I don't know if that's your problem, but i'm just putting the info out for people that may try this. I hope you can get it figured out my friend.
 
That's the point i believe. Your not supposed to. Read back on the posts above, it disables the Mobile Networks Menu

Also i have a question. I am running Kelso's mod agaaainnn. lol and want to know the difference between his ICS with governor removed and throttle b gone? Also changing the settings inside QPST service programming also, does either selection interfere with these changes?

Yeah the ZIP is already on the root of my SD. Like I said, I guess it doesn't like my phone lol.
