Okay guys, so I'm a complete noob to all this, and I have a factory setting LG Optimus V on virgin mobile. What is the exact process, start to finish, in order for me to remove the data throttle snitch?

First, this is for phones on MetroPCS. Second if you wanted to flash this, you would have to be rooted first and running CM7, but it screws up the settings on BACKside for some reason.....what I had said earlier.

Reason it messes up mobile networks is cause it gets rid of the activity used in mobile networks

So I just flash it? Nothing else? No problems with PlayfulGod's CM7?
