Help Data usage help

Hi all, I have a different ics data usage app issue. I've had a Galaxy S II T989 for about a week now and a couple of days ago the data usage reset itself back to zero for both wifi and mobile data. All the individual apps still show full data. The phone also feels a bit laggy/jerky when swiping screens and closing apps. This came with ics already installed. Thinking of a factory reset but hate to have to set it up again so soon. Any other ideas?

thanks i checked my data usage and it has reset to zero but when i scroll down and view what the apps have used they are still showing what i have used :-/

What app are you using to do this and what version of Android are you using?

i am using the data usage menu on the s3 and its 4.04
