Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

idk. i'm almost more worried about that than when I'll get it now. I don't really have money just to give to verizon cuz they screwed up
 
Just got off phone with CS.... 6/7 order... said an additional 7 business days, if i dont have shipment notice by wednesday im cancelling order and waiting for X

Ok so I have been reading this forum like everyone else driving myself NUTS!!!! At work and thought I would call CSR today and check on my status and low and behold!!!

Ordered: 6/9
Scheduled Delivery Date: 6/30
CVS GODS shined on me Tracking # in hand and phone in route 7/1
Scheduled Delivery 7/2 by 3pm


Picked up Shipment Dates
Ship date Jul 1, 2010
Estimated delivery Jul 2, 2010 by 3:00 PM
Destination
ALEXANDRIA, VA

So for who ever said 6/9 phones are not shipping today BITE ME! get my phone tommorrow!

I forgot to mention that part of my conversation in my earlier post. I brought that up to the extremely nice Natalia and she said that when the phone comes in to take it to the store and get a new mail-in rebate form because your mail-in rebate shouldn't be shorter than your 30-day trial period or something like that.

Has anyone received their phone in 1 day when their fedex tracking info said 2 day shipping? As I stated earlier, mine shipped today with delivery scheduled for 7/6. I was just wondering if I could get lucky and see it delivered to my office tomorrow.

I just received that email too. Of course this was after I contacted Verizon and got my tracking number. Also just to let you know how up to speed Verizon is on there own workings, when I called them to get my tracking number I asked about the above email and why I had not received one. The CSR told me that neither her or her supervisors had ever heard of such an email and that it was just a messageboard rumor.

Then 1 hour later...BAM!... I receive the "messageboard rumor" in my inbox.

I really hate dealing with such incompetence. I mean really. Why make up stuff if you do not know the answer. Just say, "I do not know the answer."

Mine apparently is on it's way for delivery today when it wasn't supposed to show up until tomorrow. The facility it came from was relatively close so if that's the case for you there's definitely the possibility that it could happen. :D

Of course the problem is that it is 2 day shipping over a holiday weekend!... I could drive to west Chester in 20 min! Now I have to pray that by some stroke of luck they'll deliver it overnite just because they can....

Anybody know where phones for Michigan ship from? 6/8 here and wondering if I'll get lucky and get a shipping notice today. The refresh button on my e-mail is getting tired!
 
6/7 in store order in ohio... called CSR this morning and she said I was def affected by the delay so hopefully next week i will get my phone... JUST HAPPENED to check the best buy website and the Toledo Oh store had just gotten 2 in stock! I called and they held one for me and I am now playing with the incredible!!! IT IS AWESOME.

I was wondering the same thing. Mine was picked up at 7am this morning and was "in transit" by 11am. I guess it would depend on your proximity to the warehouse. I'm guessing I'm probably 4 hours south of Coatesville PA where it's coming from, so I'm hoping it gets delivered tomorrow.
