I just called VZW as I saw a bunch of people were getting their phones (ordered in-store 5/11):
I was told that orders made 5/11-5/12 would be shipped today. I hope that's true! Also asked if I got overnight shipping, but apparently I'm still on the 2-day list.

called again and got YET ANOTHER answer re: ship by date.
(for reference here, I'm a 5/12 online order, located in IL)
So, NOW they tell me anywhere between 5/28 and 6/1.
FIRST I was told 27th. THEN I was told 27th again, and the same guy immediate changed that to "27th to 31st"
Then I was told two times by two reps - DEFINITELY will ship BY 5/28.
Now I'm told between 5/28 and 6/1, yet the same woman said the ship by date for 5/12 orders was 5/26. She said there was current no shipping info on my order.
(for reference here, I'm a 5/12 online order, located in IL)

CS Im pretty sure has no idea what to do with themselves right now.
I'm a 5/13 order. Still haven't received anything either. I've called them and they've told me anywhere between 5/29 to 6/10 when the website said no later then 6/1.
If you don't recieve today I would definitely make them do a little something for you. This is getting insane.

They're shipping from Ontario Canada?
I REALLY don't want to hear you people complaining about getting 2 day when you should have gotten overnight shipping. Mine is being shipped through USPS First Class (snail mail) due to the guy at the store being an idiot. Shipping is 5-7 days with no tracking or confirmation... Called VZW and they can't do anything about it.

I was going ot say... that would be a huge hassle for customs and dealing with companies from Canada like Rodgers or Bell (If they even have the INC?). Even though it would be quicker for those out in the North East.
My order number is 4735##, and it is not registering on the Verizon website as well. Where did you order from? I made the order form the VZW store.
So from what I can tell, based on yesterday's posts, the PA warehouse is ahead of the Memphis warehouse with shipping.
The PA warehouse appears to be serving the east/northeast and seemed to have been shipping the 5/12 orders yesterday, while the Memphis warehouse, serving the midwest and parts of the south was shipping 5/10 orders yesterday.
I'm in IL, still waiting for shipping notice on a 5/12 order, so based on the above, it does not look like I will have my phone before the long holiday weekend, which I was basically counting on, based on what the various phone reps told me.
It also seems like most of the PA shipments were sent 2 day.
What about those of you receiving them out of Memphis? Were those overnight or two day?
The phone reps I spoke to - all 4 of them, told me definitely in no uncertain terms that it would ship overnight.
my order was out of Memphis, shipped overnight, however I ordered online. Online orders are always shipped overnight.
I believe orders by phone are shipped 2nd day Air.
Hope thats true. If my 5/14 order date is shipped tomorrow, I can finally get rid of my crappy blackberry.

I apologize and blame it on google maps for not having Ontario, California listed when I typed in Ontario, CA. It would make more sense that it shipped from a closer location.. Well still waiting on my shipping info.
That might put you into tomorrow's round depending on when the payment was actually taken.
