Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Thanks for the update, I'm a 6/7 as well. maybe I'll call and see if I get the same story. Ordered in store and the receipt says 2 day shipping.

Can I say that I am sad that we have waited this together and now you are going to have your phone to play with all weekend and I am going to have to suffer all weekend :( Damn VZW... had they shipped when they were supposed to, I would have it today...

I am having a total trainwreck of a day at work and home... this would have been the highlight of the day instead I will have to wait EVEN LONGER...

Ok kids - i just got off the phone with a CSR ....who then transferred me to a manager. I was told that HTC did in fact miss a shipment and is consequently having a 5 Day Delay. I did not scream, yell, cry or threaten and was given a $25 credit. It's not a lot but I calmly stated that I was very disappointed in their lack of communication and that I was now going to have to wait until after the holiday to receive it. I won't get anything from bein mad - I'll just try to calmly wait. AND - they really can't change the shipping because once it is processed it goes to HTC who takes it from there. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. BTW - just to add to our hatred of all thing relating to this: FedEx Holiday Scehdule Link:

wow I thought I was upset. after a great night sleep, along with the fact my ship by date has gone by 2 days and not a word from VZW, I just simply dont care. I will get it when I get it. If I get it. But I probably wont keep it. HTC is FUBABelief

Well that just sucks! I was really hoping to have it by my birthday but now that does not even look promising....lol....guess that is why I have not heard from the nice young lady that promised to call me today!

***sigh***
 
Yes hostages - I said after the holiday - if you ordered 6/3 you will not ship until 7/1 (5 F*CKING BUSINESS DAYS LATER) - which means a 2 day delivery will not arrive until 7/5 - but since it seems that they are taking that as a holiday you won't see that thing till 7/6. (unless your AIGS kicked in and you did overnight shipping but I know that 6/3 online orders were offered free 2nd day air)

Thanks. I figured it was worth a shot to ask if there was anything they could do - she said $25 courtesy credit - I jumped on it - that's $25 more I can bring with me gambling this weekend!

Maybe you can confirm but ALL orders should of been bumped to overnight, mine was, it's the least they can do
