Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I am so F**king pissed right now. Got off the phone with a CSR, i'm a 6/5'r with a shipping date of today. At 8pm I receive a call that my order has been delayed 5 days. Then on top of that, she told me that I had Two Day shipping instead of overnight like advertised on the website. So worse case scenario, my phone won't ship until 7/2 and because of the holiday, I won't receive my phone until 7/7! I asked for credits, free stuff, etc. She basically told me tough Sh*t! What BS!!!!
 
Got mine today from the local dealer. I cancelled my online order with VZ yesterday and drove to the store this afternoon

They said that there stores got 50 this week, they got 9 in that store.

CSR informed me... 2-5 days additional wait possible, but def. didn't ship today.....*sigh*

I will now have to continue to hold my env2 in awkward positions to get it to charge for another week......

Shipped: 6/25
Scheduled FedEx Delivery: 6/29 by 7:00 PM, Ontario, CA to Sacramento, CA.

That happened to the free overnight upgrades??
 
Pretty clear that your order shipping method WILL NOT change from what it was when you ordered it. Any thing told to you differently by Verizon CSR is a flat out lie. I am glad I actually have Overnight shipping listed on my receipt.

Thats BS... I called and for $25 towards the phones (i had 2 INCs) and I got 200 extra mins for 60 days. Call back and ask for it again.

I ordered on 6/2 online.
A storm knocked out my internet today at about 6pm , but when it came back on this email was there. Delivery to the Dallas area. It says the email was sent at 6:00 pm. The storm just added 3 hrs to my wait.

sure is a relief knowing when it will come. I am not so upset about it being late. just knowing makes a big dif
 
Had the Eris and absolutely hated it. Gave it back and ordered the Incredible on 6-21 and it is promised by 7-19. We will wait and see. Until then I am back to using my LG VX 8100. Anything is better than the Eris though!! Will let ya know when mine comes in.
 
Hello, new here. I get the feeling most here ordered their Dinc's online and ship to their house. I ordered mine 6/21 at the store and having it shipped to the store to avoid hanging around the house waiting for FedEx. This is the first time I've ordered this way. Has anybody else done this? I'm wondering if I will still get an email when the phone ships. The only proof of order I have is my receipt from the store. I was told two weeks by the salesman but I see here that it really going to be around 7/19.

Welcome to the nuthouse. We will keep you company while you anxiously await the shipping of your phone - which may or may not happen on time. I can't answer about the store shipping but I know that someone else in here had that done too....sorry, I'm sure it's one of my fellow hostages that I love and consider family I just can't remember who.
