Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

"Thank you for placing your order with Verizon Wireless. We wanted you to know that your Verizon Wireless order was shipped."

I'm so shocked! I wasn't expecting this until next week at the earliest! Just received it about an hour ago and just checked my email now. This has actually been a really great day for me, and I was thinking earlier this morning that it would top it off if my phone shipped today and well it did! I'm even more happy that I get to share all of this with you guys!

Not sure how the day went for everyone else but I was too excited and had to post right away, now time to go back and read the last few pages of what I missed from last night!

Order date: 6/10
Expected Ship Date : 6/30 -7/8 (mine was 7/8 but other 6/10ers had a 6/30 one)
Actual Ship date: 7/1
Warehouse: WEST CHESTER, PA
Shipping to : New Hampshire
Delivery: 7/6 by 7:00 pm

Talked to CS a while ago. Nothing new to report though Jasmine thought it odd that I haven't received my $25 email pacifier and that is noted on my account. I asked if that meant anything... like perhaps they planned on shipping it soon? Her answer was I have no idea... but it's odd that you haven't received an email about the delays.

I figured there is no reason to get the FU email on time... haven't received anything on time yet lol. Anyway, glad to hear some are still shipping and some 6/10s even.. woooohooo.. that's me ya know.

Glad to see some 6/9's finally getting notices.

I'm hoping to see one sometime today. It looks like the midwest region is a little light on the shipments as most of notifications I see are eastern.

This means my 6/13 will ship out sooner if 6/10 are shipping out!
 
Well called CS for the first time, just to hear what I have heard 15 times on this thread, haha. 7 day delay, pretty much what the email said. Weird tho, even though I am a 6/7, says my ship date was the 29th, not the 28th, like all the schedules and such posted here.

No, it says it should be delivered on 7/6. Coming from Memphis to Winston-Salem, NC. I'm guessing it will go to Greensboro, NC before Winston. I guess i didn't get overnight delivery. Kinda wish i had and would have this thing for the long weekend to play with. Oh well.

haha even the shipping notice is kind of frustrating

if id shipped yesteday, when i was supposed to, id get the phone tomorrow, but they ship a day late, dont upgrade me to overnight, and now i wait until tuesday

Yes. The good news is that they didn't charge my credit card. The bad news is that the couple dozen times I've logged into My Verizon to look at my account since I ordered the phone, it's told me "Your current balance is not available at this time."

Verizon. We never start working for you.
