Ordered it online 6/10
Received shipping notification at 3:30ish - 7/1 out of West Chester, PA
Shipping it to house in New Hampshire and is expected delivery of 7/6. It's already in transit route from PA so maybe they can organize it quickly and I can get an early delivery for tomorrow. I already taped the signature release form to my door a couple of hours ago just in case ;)

Did you get notification too!?!?!?!?!? Or are you hoping the same thing I am (that we will get notification that Verizon and HTC and Samsung screwed all of us over so the Presidents of all three companies will check in with every customer in person within a month to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. Where are the undercover boss people at when you need them?"

So I finally got the "it shipped" email, after waiting for it from 6/9. But here is the kicker. They are shipping it two day select, but because of the damn holiday weekend, fedex says its going to be 7/6 before it gets here. What a kick in the face. If they only would have shipped it a day earlier, then it would be here tomorrow. Frucking verizon.
 
I ordered in store 6/15 and payment came out that day. I haven't called CSR yet because my ship date is supposed to be 7/12. After reading through this board, I'm getting nervous. Orders lost! Not receiving the same answer twice! It's crazy to say the least. Then I see all these phones received and shipping confirmations and my hopes start rising. Maybe the end is in sight? So I break down and call 611, and get this message " Welcome to verizon wireless, your feature update could not be completed." WHAAAAATTT? What does that mean? Anyone else ever hear that? Then I check out the website and it still says eligible to upgrade. I would have ordered this phone sooner, but I had to convince/blackmail my daughter so she would let me use her upgrade. I am freaking out. Did they lose my order?

No no.. sorry it came out that way.. I'm hoping.. big time. So far nothing.
Called today as per usual.. nobody knows why I haven't received my $25 pacifier. Another day of learning nothing... receiving nothing. But.. it was a good day you will have to agree. Was good to see Red come through and a lot of 8s 9s and 10s shipped. Even saw an 11 go. It's going to happen in spite of my luck.. it's gonna happen soon.. I feel it.

Mine still shows that it's elgible as well. When I click on it to upgrade.. it then falters and brings me a screen saying... waiting on activation. Try it..
Hope that's the way of it for you.
 
6/08 here and no shipping notice today. :(
Hopefully it'll ship tomorrow and I'll get to ditch this old flip phone by Monday or Tuesday.

Just tried it and it does say recently purchased but not yet activated. Big sigh of relief, and thanks to you for the info olbriar!
 
One o'clock and all is well. lol I hope today brings great news or phones to all of us patiently waiting. I'm off to bed to do more droid dreaming. (it's sad when a man's dreams are reduced to cell phones... I HAVE been here too long)
 
As we are tucked in tight in our beds,
imagine a world with delivery's made on time and none of these "i hate threads",
Where every one is satisfied with "Over night shipping",
And no more back orders..or back back orders... are you Kidding!

A new day has begun we hope its as good as yesterday,
lets hope more shipping orders are sent out so we can all get our Dinc Today! :P

phone just arrived at a fedex depot 20 minutes from my house, where its going to sit for over four days...

anyone have any specific hints for having fedex let you come get it at the depot? lot of people said you cant do it but ive read that one or two were able to pull it off
