Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

::laugh:: I did the same thing...I heart leapt into my throat when I didn't hear "Main Menu" right away....stupid high call volume. My phone has been shipped, and I never heard anything about it on 611, so I guess I either missed it, or not everyone gets the message...yes, I am the primary acct. holder. Wild...

what was your order date?
 
i was hoping to see more 22's and 23's out there. Oh well. anyways, what's up with this you must charge 8 hours talk. Looking at another sub section I saw people saying that there was not really any need to charge 8 hours before use at all. Is the 8 hours charge the proper way to break the phone in?

Yeah, my phone was 4 hours away yesterday morning at 8am in PA (origin). Left PA at 11am. Arrived in NJ (5 hours away) at 9am this morning. Didn't leave until 6pm this evening. Go figure.

With any luck I will have it for the weekend......i am practicing my happy dance so when the fedex driver gets here i can do a little jig :rolleyes:

Looks like I'm back to waiting again, lol. My Incredible died with a bad nand (flash) chip. Was reading an email, it locked. Rebooted and it came up without any of my installed apps, data or numbers, locked again, then went into a boot loop. Showed that the flash had bad blocks in the root shell, so I flashed it back to the factory firmware, same thing (just in case it was something with the root process I did). Best my local store could do was either give me a X (which they did have in stock, could have had it now), or get me a FRU unit. I went with the FRU, I can't wait another month for a phone, and will NOT have an X. Hopefully I'll get a new, not a real refurb unit, but at this point I need a phone, lol. Should HOPEFULLY have it Monday..
