I just called again and I was told all shipments not yet shipped will go out on August 2nd and no sooner. They are shipping them all at once.
The CS agent wouldn't say it but she hinted this is becasue they are not going to produce AMOLED screens anymore and have to switch things over.
I just called and presto I got a number. At first she said no then said hold on its repopulating and boom there it was. Should be here tomorrow by 3pm.I think I'm going to call them in a little while. Things are so slow at work today. I wished this night meeting would hurry up and get here so I could get home sometime tonight.
That's ridiculous though.. sucks that right before my date, people got them early and now i have to wait? I better be getting a credit or something because they've told me 6/23 the past like 5 times I called.. I don't want to believe the 8/2 date at all.

I would be calling them now and screaming for a credit of some kind. That is dicked up you are gonna have to wait with the rest of us.
If you think about it, it makes sense, because other than all the 611 notifications, nothing has occurred since Friday.
let us know what they tell you, make sure you pester the agent to check all their sources.
Na no need for my phone number. I put some kind of four digit pass on my account this weekend when I called so I use it now and they don't ask anything else.
I told them I didn't know when I ordered. I actually said it was sometime in late June and she said it was June 27th. Then she said b/c of Droid X that the Incredible would be shipping faster.when I call it tells me to say something into the phone with what i'm calling about.. I saw "tracking info" then enter my password.. then they ask for my cellphone number. blah i wish they could look at my account
EDIT: they've been asking when I ordered, and i've said 6/26 so they'll probably looking at a sheet that says 6/26 = 7/23 and telling me that.. maybe i should say i forgot and sometime in june

the fact it still says August 3rd on the website even if you order today is the proof they are all going out at once.
just hope when you get back you don't find out the phone has been discontinued because if the one you get breaks, well we are all gonna be using X's

Ordered my replacement (brand new) on 7/1. Ship date was originally end of July, but was quickly pushed out to 8/3. Saw some noise on the forums about early shipments, so I dialed 611 and got the blessed "phone awaiting activation" message. Huzzah! I called CS later in the morning and was told that my phone had NOT shipped and wasn't due to ship until 8/3. Overnight, but still not until 8/3. The guy said that the system sometimes gets "confused" and broadcasts the "awaiting activation" message when it shouldn't.
I'm still hoping I get a rogue shipment this or next week, but I suppose I'm almost at the end of my journey here...
yup, that is what I was told, every phone goes out 8/3, and then its getting changed or discontinued.
