Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

yeah I opened a new account with verzion and I never recieved a email with my new phone number make me think my order F***ked up or something:mad:

Did you talk to them? There customer service is real good, I didn't wait long and they sound like they know what there talking about, can't guarentee they actually do.

finally I had to light a fire under someones ASS and I just finally got my tracking number, they had to call the warehouse fine out what was up with my order and also I did enough bitching that they refunded my 17.84 for next day shipping I`m a happy camper now:D but the only I see if I take that tracking number to UPS website and put it in there tracking system and comes back unable to locate shipment Hmmmmm........

Mine has also shipped FROM AMAZON
It freaked me out because I checked the web site and it said "NO orders listed" :eek: Apparently after it ships you have to use the pull down to see your order.

So to stay on topic I ordered from VW on 5/16 and will attempt to cancel on 6/4.
 
Well, I guess I should be expecting a shipping email tomorrow or possibly Monday. 5/20 order. We'll see...
I'm ready to finally get the thing. I did get the snail mail promotion, so it is good to hear they are crediting for that. I'll have to give them a call and see if I can get a credit on my upgrade.

I would be raising hell. I ordered my phone at a store on 5/21. I was told by the rep that it was automatic free overnight delivery BECAUSE the wait was so long. My receipt even says standard overnight 0.00. Everyone that has been jipped should be asking for some discounts on service or accessories.
 
FedEx Sucks. Package went form Cali, to Tennessee, back to Arizona and wasn't delivered on time. Now I have to put a hold on it so I can pick it up tomorrow before I go out of town for the next week. Package sat in Tennessee for 24hrs an didn't move. So stupid for a package to go so far out of the way. I fail to see any sense in it.....

The packages go to Memphis because it's the hub. That's where all of them get sorted. It's how packages can be in New York at 10pm and fly to the west coast in only a few hours. I promise the system works most of the time, and it's a lot more efficient than you would think.

Scheduled Ship: 6/8

Just got my email last night (6/3) stating that it would be delivered on 6/7. Did other people pay for overnight shipping when they ordered it and is that why you are getting it next day or did Verizon just give it to some and not everyone?

It's like now that I KNOW when it will be shipped, I'm even more anxious!!!
