Thanks for the picture. My phone was delivered yesterday (shipped 6/4), but came in the original white box.

Not expecting anything, but did they update the phone hardware version at all (Settings-> about -> hardware). Mine is 0002..

I have had FedEx take over 5 hours to update that a package was on the truck. It may be on the way now.

just checked my tracking number again, and the dinc is currently in san jose :) can't wait.

and thanks for the heads up about the appbrain, going to try it now.
 
Who else here has been slightly less productive when sitting in front of a computer (mine is mainly a problem because it's a work computer) due to the fact that I'm checking the forums for info and appbrain for fun stuff.......
 
SWEET! Finally got shipment notification. :D

Ordered on VZW website: 5/24/10
Ship by date: 6/14/10
Real ship date: 6/9/10
Delivery: 6/11/10

By the way, my "location code" is D463801. And the "order number" in my original email was completely different than the "order number" in my shipping notification email.

When i ordered the Moto Droid the Fed Ex tracking said the same thing. It was pickedup and in the Memphis center for a little over 24 hours, then next thing I knew it was on the truck for delivery. Sure enough, was delivered within the 2 days as originally scheduled.

Remember, it's business days, no weekends or holidays.

Yup, that's what surprised me the most seeing as I got another 2GB card outside of the box (that was free with the order). When I went to put in my 8GB card, I noticed that there was a 2GB already installed.

As for the software version, it's still 0002 on mine that came in the new box.

That's the thing, two days and it shipped yesterday. No major holidays or a weekend this week as far as i know. Hopefully it gets here tomorrow. I can't wait.
