Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

The rep told me she would would send a text on Thur to say the order was placed and on track & that I could expect to have the phone by 6/15. I never received the text, I have called and they tell me I ordered on the 25th..which i know is not true and that I have to wait for it to ship by the 15th. I have not received any confirmation and when I call to check they nicely tell me that I keep calling and nothing has changed.

Ugh!!! I have been with Verizon for ever and while I don't want to whine....but I am whining ..I want my phone!!! lol

at least we didn't just order and get one of those mid july ship dates!! If that was the case i'd probably murder all my co-workers then burn down local verizon store.

Shipped out of Memphis, TN coming to Milwaukee, WI.
 
Today's been an active day surprisingly. I wonder if more people will start popping up to share their good news. Oh, and because I didn't really give details in my other post.

Ordered May 24th
Shipped June 13th
Arrival June 15th

Mine also shipped out of Memphis, TN.

6/1 order, and soooo jealous of all of you getting shipping info. The 22nd cannot come fast enough!
 
I think I'm canceling my order tomorrow, getting compensation for my troubles from Verizion, and waiting til my Storm just dies. Not liking the Inc. battery situation either.

Considering checking out Sprint 4G and the Evo, the Incs big brother.
 
I ordered 5/29 in a verizon store. All they would say was 2 weeks to delivery. Now that the 2 weeks has come & gone, I finally called Verizon customer service. They are saying the 18th. I am leaving Thursday to go on a camping trip & about to lose my mind over this phone!
 
I am assuming that someone has to sign for it with FedEx, right?
If so can it be someone other than the person that ordered the phone, such as my wife to be able to sign for it?

Anyone at your house can sign your name. FedEx does not care. Otherwise, you will get a love letter from the FedEx guy and will have to go to the FedEx pickup office and pick it up yourself, which will be after his route and he returns to the terminal. So you will get it the next day. Been through it before.

I have been given a different date every time I call. i have just adopted the attitude that it will get here when it gets here. After a certain date, I'm going to cancel and explore other options or just wait for the next wave of Droids.

NO ONE KNOWS WHEN THE PHONES WILL ARRIVE. BACKORDER SITUATIONS CHANGE WITH THE WEATHER. YOU'D HAVE BETTER LUCK IN VEGAS. :cool:

You've still got two days. Now, if the 16th hits and you're still in the dark, I think it'd be reasonable for you to raise hell.

Yes I know I still have 2 days but then again I am like everyone on here complaining because well my phone that I currently have is pretty much done for and this new phone is a replacement for it so therfore yes I kinda need to have it asap!

I ordered at about 7:30pm on the 25th from a corporate store, so I'll probably get mine really late or something :(

Ordered 5/27. Estimated ship: June 17.

Departure date for California: June 17. Shit.

I've called Verizon 4 times in the last 2 days trying to see if it's shipped yet. COME ON INCREDIBLE HOP IN THE TRUCK!
 
I just got my shipment notice! I ordered on 5/27 and just got the email a few min ago. I tried to track it on fed ex and it said it can't be found though. I paid for the overnight shipping so hopefully i'll get it tomorrow or tuesday!

You'll get it Tuesday most likely because I got overnight as well and Tuesday is the estimated delivery day.
