Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Ordered: 5/29
promised ship by date: 6/22
actual shipping date: 6/16
expected delivery: 6/17 by 3 pm

It's shipping in from West Chester, PA which is about an hour from where i live, and i am just dying for tomorrow to come!!!

Here's a question. Verizon needs a google email address to transfer stuff from your old phone to your new. They asked me for this address when I ordered in-store. Do they use the google email address to send the notifications about our Dincs or do they use whatever email you give them?

i got my tracking email to a non-gmail address (the primary on the account) you will need the gmail one to set up your phone. I'd guess they would import all of you contacts to a gmail account and use that to set up your phone.

Thats my guess, but like i said the primary email on our account is not gmail

That's great news that a 6/1 shipped out. I'm a 5/31er and also have a ship by date of 6/22. I'm really hoping it gets here by Friday. Ordered over the phone, will post back when i receive shipping info, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Wow a 6/1 is crazy I ordered instore and looking at my receipt it was on 5/30. Promise of 21st.

If I get mine on Friday or tomorrow I am going to be so excited. I wont get a e-mail though b/c I joined with a family plan and my e-mail is not on the account. Its going to be a suprise
 
Im a 6/1 and i called asking when i will see my phone they sead 6/28 i was like WTF!!

you promised me 6/16 they sead sry were backed up A LOT

I'm a 5/30er and spoke with both Verizon and FedEx tonight. Nothing. Is there a way to receive shipping info automatically via e-mail?

it should come once your order has been shipped. I ordered in store and got my email today, to the primary email on the account, so it should happen when yours is shipped. You could try the fedex "trick" mentioned here, again this only works once your phone has been picked up by fedex

I think I am hyperventilating.

It shipped!

Ordered online 5/28 (7 PM-ish, PST)
Order processed 5/29 (confirmation email rec'd 6:49 PM PST)
Ship by: 6/18 on date of order, 6/22 on date of confirmation
Shipped: today!
Arriving: 6/18 by 7:00 PM

Oddly...it is shipping from Pennsylvania. To me. In California.

Billing address on the account is in CT, though...perhaps that's why?

My husband called and ordered it through customer service. He got the email today and forwarded it to me at work. (I was so excited) Its legit!! We checked fedex and it left PA today!!
Good luck to all the fellow 6/1's!!
