Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Since I don't have mine yet (sniff, sniff) I can't give you the following with any sort of knowledge BUT the guy that has the phone at work uses jkappswitch and said that he loves it
 
I ordered mine on 6/7 with an expected delivery date of 6/28. Im hoping it comes a tad bit early but all good things usually have a wait.

Whoo-hoo! Another 6/7'er! I hope it's delivered before 6/28 because 6/28 is a Monday and that would make for a very looooooong weekend! :(

All you 5/29er's hang tight! And this is damn close to what everyone else has been seeing, device shipped 2 days before deadline, and in hand the day before (or day of in some cases). Going to be a long 24 hrs!!!

I hate to be the one to do this but if you ordered it from the verizon site then the date you saw was the ship BY date, not arrive by. I'm sorry - but I don't want to see you get upset if it doesn't ship until then.
 
I ordered my DInc June 13th online and it did say ship by 7/12 or 7/13. It wouldnt have been so bad if my partner wouldn't have gotten hers yesterday! Even tho' she didnt get the DInc she still got a Droid and they are pretty cool!!!! So I am joining the bandwagon of highly anticipating followers for the new DInc. :cool::cool::cool::cool:

Sorry I haven't looked through the entire thread. I have a ship date of 6/25. Are most people receiving their DINC by the ship date given?

Either the date given or the day after that BUT we've seen it happen where people didn't ship until the actual date they said it would ship by. Its terrible when that happens. :eek:

I received my info a whopping ONE day before my ship by day. There are some people that get their shipping info several days before their ship by date.

@BB Just hang in there a little longer.

Samsung is the hold up from the reports I've read - they are the screen supplier and something went wrong at their end which holds up EVERYTHING!
 
Score one for the noob - I just gave info to the other DInc owner here and I don't even have the damn thing yet!
 
If your talking about me, i didn't order mine until 6/11 so i have a long wait. I was just wondering what the huge backup was for.

Nope - sorry. I just found out one of the guys I work with has the phone already and after he was taunting me with it he then came to me and asked very nicely if I had come across info for something he couldn't figure out.

One day early would be good enough for me. I have overnight shipping so if it goes out by 6/24 atleast i'll have it before the weekend!
