Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Its DEFinitely frustrating...agonizingly frustrating!!! But I was aware before I ordered it that it would be @least 3 wks before I even saw the thing, and decided to go ahead and order it and suffer the wait! So far, VSW has been true to their word-I'll let you know after Tuesday if that's still the case!

Same here, rmreid... We're closing in on the Ship By date, just another week or so! This has been a true exercise in patience!
 
Aaaggghhhh!!!! 6/7. One more day down. My wife thinks I am nuts like a kid, being so excitedly impatient for a phone. Silly her. This seriously sucks butt, can't wait any longer...... Uncontrollable twitching, Aaaggghhhh!!!!

My mother and most of my friends think I'm nuts too - my 8 year old daughter thinks it's funny to watch my mother roll her eyes when I bring up a new tidbit of info I've learned, and my dad will patiently sit and nod at appropriate times when I'm talking about it (although I'm not entirely sure he's paying attention he placates me anyway). My other friend walks into my office and if I'm typing furiously asks 'on the forum again?'.
Where's that fat fedex man with my DInc???
 
I was charged the day after I placed my order.
Also getting a screen protector and car charger.
I have a long wait so I'm looking at cases.
 
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - 2 damn battery pulls in as many days. Damn phone!

Sorry - stress relief here is much easier than home where I get dirty looks for another phone related comment. :)

I have been watching tutorial videos and review videos of the phone since I ordered it. I should be a pro by the time I get my hands on it.

+1 Have went to every single site that even mentioned the Incredible. Read every article, watched every video, and prayed for the gruesome death of all who have received their phones before me!!:):)
 
Not sure how acurate this is but a cs rep told me if everything goes as planned by the first they will be caught up on almost all back orders and will start working on current orders. At the most it will be the middle of next month when they are caught up. She said it all depends on when the next shipment comes in (expecting it anytime) and how many units are in that shipment.
 
I finally gave in and ordered my phone after i couldn't get it 3 weeks ago. Ha its been 3 days since I ordered it and I really cant wait. Ha I have a long ways to go. Good to know there are others just as excited as me to get this phone!

I got billed for the phone immediately. The rep told me I wouldn't be billed for service though until I got the phone and activated it. I am a new Verison customer though. After 15 years at AT&T or a version of them, its time to seek greener pastures.
