FedEx, I guess, is having some problems right now.

WAIT ONE SECOND.... Your a 6/4 and your phone shipped? I call BS. I am a 6/3 and I know mine didn't ship yet. If this is true Verizon if really on my Sh1t list cause I switched 5 phones away from AT&T for this AND am paying an extra month of service because of their delay in getting phones out.

I also found mine at Best Buy and am just wondering how you canceled your Incredible order. The woman I spoke with at Verizon said all I could do was refuse order when it came. What did you do? I am a 6/4 order with ship date of tomorrow and it's not on it's way yet.

rGood12, I had ask one CSR last night to upgrade it and she said just that -that you cant because it's already processing. I called this morning and she said no again, but she would put a request in for it. When i called tonight she said that it is deff overnight shipping. "They upgraded everyone", she said.Let me know if it overnights bc I was told you couldnt upgrade to overnight after its been through processing

Agreed. I was told overnight when I ordered and when I called to complain about the actual 2 day shipping I got last night, the CSR I spoke with made it seem like it didn't matter what delivery method you chose, everyones order was going out 2 day.Don't believe it. That is said to a lot of people and it is all lies. There is proof on this thread that that has not happened
