Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I was finally able to get some info with my tracking #.

FedEx, I guess, is having some problems right now.

My Incredibles should be here Friday!!!! Too bad I'm leaving to go camping that very day. I'll be gone for 4 days. Bad timing. Bad BAD timing... :(
 
Seems like tomorrow, the 24th, is expected to be a big shipping day, at least that's what I've read on a few other sites. Hope to receive a shipping email then, and the same with the rest of you! :D

WAIT ONE SECOND.... Your a 6/4 and your phone shipped? I call BS. I am a 6/3 and I know mine didn't ship yet. If this is true Verizon if really on my Sh1t list cause I switched 5 phones away from AT&T for this AND am paying an extra month of service because of their delay in getting phones out.

This is truely a terrible product launch

There were quite a few late may orders that were like that. People who ordered say the 25th got their before some 23ers..

Im not nearly as mad about that compared to these people who say they ordered the 11th and have theirs already shipped. Thats not right at all.
 
I also found mine at Best Buy and am just wondering how you canceled your Incredible order. The woman I spoke with at Verizon said all I could do was refuse order when it came. What did you do? I am a 6/4 order with ship date of tomorrow and it's not on it's way yet.


i just kept calling back until i got a person who would do it lol. the first 3 said no, the 4th one was like.. ok. i got lucky i guess.

CS at VZW sucks...not the *611 people but the in store sales reps. at the murfreesboro tn thompson lane store that is.

they just told me it could delay the oirder a day or two if they tried to change it... prolly same bs i normally get with the in store reps
 
Talked to CS on the phone earlier today to check on my order, and she was definitely reading off a ship by list like what was posted on these forums by the VZW rep. I ordered my phone on 6/9 and she confirmed that my promised shipped by date is 6/30.

rGood12, I had ask one CSR last night to upgrade it and she said just that -that you cant because it's already processing. I called this morning and she said no again, but she would put a request in for it. When i called tonight she said that it is deff overnight shipping. "They upgraded everyone", she said.

Don't believe it. That is said to a lot of people and it is all lies. There is proof on this thread that that has not happened

Number of Units Ordered: 1
Order Date: 6/16 in am but didnt process until 6/17 in am.
Order Location: online
Est. Ship By Date: online date 7/8, got email the next day saying 7/12, got another email on Monday saying 7/15. Called CSR and they confirmed 7/15.

Got done talking to CSR...said that all online orders have free overnight, other orders have what they chose or were upgraded to 2-day. Stated that a lot got shipped out today and they are expecting more to ship out tomorrow and Friday. She stated they are trying to catch up as much as they can by the 1st because of the 4th holiday. No orders going out "that she knows of" on 7/2-7/5.

Agreed. I was told overnight when I ordered and when I called to complain about the actual 2 day shipping I got last night, the CSR I spoke with made it seem like it didn't matter what delivery method you chose, everyones order was going out 2 day.

Of course, there is a lot of conflicting information from CSRs and there is no way to know which one is the correct answer.
