Alright Android Fans. HTC's US headquarters is in Bellevue, Washington. I'm starting up two teams for this.

Team A codenamed Barefoot Kittyhawk will act as civilians who will walk into HQ and ask for a tour. On tour they will snap photos and "blueprint" the fastest route to the R&D lab.

Team B codenamed Sugarfoot Clawhammer will then use the blueprints and pictures to break into HQ and make a direct line to R&D. After retrieving proper ERIS exploits we will begin search for HTC devices,

Dragon, Dream, Hero and Passion, Bahamas, DesireC, Espresso, Halo, HeroCT, HeroC, Huangshan, Incredible,, Liberty, Memphis, Paradise, PassionC, Sapphire, Scorpion and Supersonic

Yeah...I'm just ready for a phone change. I try to be patient and I know everyone is doing everything that they can do but the waiting game is frustrating. I'm sure I am not alone here but what can you do?

I'm an advocate of venting, as long as it is not harmful to others.

Oh...I should point out that by phone change I mean change to my current phone...updates, root, something. I hate to know that the carrot is right out there in front of me and I can't reach it. If I knew that this is all the phone can do and that's final, then I'd be fine. So ARGGGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!
 
No more whining peeps...give the devs time to do their thing. Root will give you the most customixable options you can imagine. If you cant wait...shut the F*&K up and join another forum for pessimists and lamers!

uhh, who is whining? I'm pretty sure everyone here has accepted the fact that Root takes time. We don't need a 4 post n00b to tell us that the devs are working their best

No need to get nasty. I didn't hear any whining going on in here just take a deep breath sit back and watch the forum. Your root is coming just relax.
 
acidbath5546: Would you or the other devs mind taking a screenshot for proof of root thus far? I believe you guys, but a little eye candy wouldn't hurt. :P

All I dream about is that Google Nexus 2.1 ROM on my Eris. :D
 
Acidbath: Hope you had a great Valentine's day weekend with your daughter. Can you post a short update on the going's on of progress made over the weekend? Even if to say that you all took a smoke break this weekend and will resume soon. :)

Hope Yall get this soon and it fixes this piece. I'm bout to point where if something don't change quick or if I don't sell it. I'm liable to break this piece of ****. Sorry had to vent

POS? Eris is quite a nice piece, IMO. If you're that unhappy with it, you may want to sell it whether we get 2.1 / root or not.

Also, too bad about having to vent using foul language. We all need to vent, but kids read in here and so do adults who can joke around, etc, but without having to have the forums take on the appearance of verbal sewage.
