I like the "mother" add there! I'm almost 30 and I get the feeling that I'm on this forum with a bunch of 14 year olds...verizon contracts in their parents name...pimpled faced, kids...and the bitch of it is...they are probably all smarter than me

My method isnt working the rip i got must have been Hi Def cuz all of my boot animations are 127 100 and 85.4Mb

Size probably very much depends on how many frames you have in the animation. Also the stock boot animation doesn't take up the full height of the screen, it is only 480x427 rather than 480x854

Droid.eris, remove the first 10 or so seconds of it, and also cut out the scenes with the mountains and the ship at sea. Maybe cut out some other scenes that aren't needed too. Definitely can cut out the end when the Droid is here stuff comes up with VZW logo and text at the bottom.
