Help Decrypt my file

I had encrypted some of my photos via ES File Explorer, and I don't remember the password, please please help me out, the photos are important to me

Long shot (if your password is relatively short/simple), but possible if they truly do just store the MD5:

Best of luck!

edit: by the way, this apparently works by doing a reverse lookup of a list of common, simple words and/or word combinations. If you had a pretty simple password like "test123" the reverse lookup site can tell you what the password was.

Isn't there anything that will help me?
I don't know what you want??... Scary Alien posted a possible long shot solution. But it's been said several times already: this is the point of encryption. It wouldn't exist if anyone could just decrypt a file at will.

Isn't this why you encrypted the photos in the first place; to protect them? What would be the purpose of this if anyone could simply view the encrypted photos without the password?

Do you have them backed up to the cloud? Did you back them up anywhere? Without the password, a backup is likely the only way you'll see the photos again.

Yeh, that's a brute force attack. Seems ES doesn't salt the MD5 hashes.
