Root Delete old Backup in Titanium Backup

What do you have to do to delete old backup information in Titanium Backup? Looking to delete backups before I would backup for a future flash.

or just go in to its folder on the sdcard n look around

Of you are talking about an app backup and are backing up the same app you can just set Max backups to 1.

You can also tap the backup/restore tab. Press phones menu button. Tap batch. Scroll down.to delete all backups or user backups and press run. Unchecked backups you want to keep.
