Root Deleted carrier data--need a little help

I ACCIDENTALY deleted the carrier data of my BOOST FORCE. Its still rooted what do I do to get to the carrier data BACK UPLOADED OR FLASH TO ANOTHER CARRIER???
 
Is there a way to get 4g data connection without having a carrier plan at all??? And if so would I be able to tether from my BOOST FORCE???

You may just need to reactivate the phone. Go to boostmobile.com and try it. The number you need should be on the phone under your battery.
