Help Deleting Ringtone

I've been messing around with my droid and trying to customize it, etc.
In the process I've ended up with a few ringtones I do not want.
For the life of me I can not figure out to delete them. Any help is much appreciated!

If you've ever made a Ringtones folder on your SD card, delete them out of there. If not and if you have a ringtone app, look in its subfolders and see if the offending tones are there. If so, delete.

i can't figure out how to access all that stuff. I plugged my phone into my USB and its charging but I can't access anything on the phone through my computer.
