I am in the same boat. I don't have this feature anymore with GB. Is there another way to wipe said info?

Looks like that whole feature is gone in 2.3.3. noticed that the other day under 2.2 and tried it today under 2.3.3 - nothing slid right or left...

Ok, so say I deleted a text from an ex wife a while back, and it shows up under this side screen. How do I restore it so I can print it and file it.

I have "other than creeper" reasons for needing to do this. She made some threats about lying to the NIS about some really brazen things in order to try and get my security clearance revoked. I already talked to my boss about it, and he said it will not be a problem. But actually having her text message where she says outright that she will lie about it would be nice.

My phone recently done a complete system update and the contact isn't the same as it used to be. How do I delete all my text now for real?

If you go to contacts and select a contact. On the contact popup the first option will be "contact history" if you have cached messages in there. If you click on contact history there will be a "clear" button on the lower left side of the popup. Select that and you will clear the history.
