The Esteem should in theory can be perfectly capable of running JellyBean and/or CM10At this point it's probably as updated as it's gonna get...
We just need a working port
I really wish ARM was as standardized as Intel/AMD based machines, then Jellybean could just be installed on any device with no problems and no need to port
Unfortunately, ARMs licensing ecosystem prevents any standardization

C'mon... don't give the esteem false hope, it's a single core with not even half a gig of ram, we might be able to run it but it would probably lag very often, but I'd still like to see it happen before I get a Nexus 4

My friend has a Galaxy S (not 2 or 3, the first), which has the exact same specs as this phone, and he has tons of Android 4.0+ ROMs for it. So it's definitely doable.
