Do you have a custom recovery, and if so did you make a backup using it before you started fiddling? If the answer to both is "yes" then just go back into recovery and restore the backup.

If (as I suspect) the answer is "no", next time do that before you start messing with system software, as it makes it much, much easier to correct any mistakes.

Thanks FOR YOUR Kind Replys

A "custom recovery" is not a recovery app. Those things won't work. A custom recovery is a replacement for the Android recovery program (which is separate from the android OS) which allows you to do extra things, including flashing custom ROMs and making system backups.

But if you don't know this I guess you don't have one. Personally I hate root methods that don't include installing a custom recovery precisely because they leave people vulnerable to this type of problem without the simplest way of fixing it. But if you didn't make the backup beforehands that won't help now.

So your option is probably the one El Pres suggested: find the official firmware (i.e. the full set of system software) for your device and install that. Unfortunately I'm also not a Samsung person, so can't add to what has already been said about how to do that.

Odin is a program that you use with windows.

You have to put the phone into download mode for Odin to see it.
(Button combo varies between devices)

Once the phone is in download mode, you run Odin on your computer and connect your phone to the computer.

If you have the correct drivers installed, you will see COM and a number (usually in blue) in one of the boxes in Odin.

You then want to select PDA and then select the firmware you downloaded.
YOU HAVE TO BE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT FIRMWARE FOR YOUR DEVICE OR IT COULD RENDER IT USELESS (BRICKED)

ODIN IS A VERY POWERFUL TOOL THAT WILL FLASH ANY FILE YOU TELL IT TO. EVEN THE WRONG ONE. BE VERY CAREFUL AND IF YOU ARE SECOND GUESSING YOURSELF, DON'T HESITATE TO ASK FOR MORE HELP

Once the file appears in the PDA slot, press start and wait until it says success and your device reboots.

Once it reboots, you will be completely stock. The first boot could take a while as it rebuilds the caches, so be patient.

Also, if you can provide your carrier, location, and model number it will help locate the correct firmware for your phone

Click on recycle bin and a list of all the apps you deleted should be there

Hopefully your app will be similar and I recommend you reinstall everything. Use titanium backup to first freeze a app you want to delete for a few days and see if it affects your phone. If phone starts acting up, thaw out the app. If all is ok then you can delete. I found out this the hard way. The easy way is to read all you can first.

Thanks for your Replys

Based on the screen shot, I'm going to guess Vodafone is your carrier and you are in Portugal (TCL)
As long as this is correct, and your model number is GT-I8190, this is the correct firmware for you device:

http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-I8190/TCL/

And here is a step by step guide on installing it.

Once we get that done, I'd highly suggest installing a custom recovery and making a stock backup so you'll be able to quickly recover if this happens again :)

The file should actually be a .tar
I recommend downloading it from the sammobile link above. They have never done me wrong

Are you familiar with abd?

If so we can try to get into downloading mode with the command
Code:
adb reboot bootloader

You are trying this from a powered off state correct?
