Try downloading the firmware from Sammobile. I'm not even sure where the other one came from so I can't say if it's for Odin or meant to be used another way

Kies is a program that is supposed to help with upgrading/backing up Samsung devices. I've has zero success with it, so I can't recommend it myself. But others have had no problems with it

Important Note
in my previous Days i Edit my Build.Prop That is located on System Folder ( linux )
i change the mobile version and + Model name Kernal and other some version isn't for this The software won't working ?
 
The build.prop does not matter. Odin will restore a phone with no OS. It doesn't check anything on the /system partition. It simply installs what you tell it to. I'm not sure why it keeps failing. Can you provide a screen shot of Odin failing with the firmware from Sammobile? The error code might shed some light on the problem.

Please try downloading the most current firmware (from the link I provided) and instal it with Odin. If it fails again, please provide a screen shot of the error

I JUST PUT SOME REBOOT FILES ON SYSTEM x_x

I RESET IT FROM FACTOR MOD but not work
NOW IM UNABLE TO ENABLE USB DEBUG
WITHOUT DEBUG I CAN'T ROOT SO I CAN'T FIX x_x IS THERE ANY WAY TO ENABLE DEBUG FROM PC ?

Downloading mode operates outside the os. It doesn't care if use debugging is enabled
