Help DHD Live Wallpapers not Working

[dave1514]

I would appreciate some help with this. On my DHD I can't get live wallpapers to install or display. There isn't even the option to select live wallpapers when changing the wallpaper type (just HTC Wallpapers or Gallery).

I've compared all of the running apps to my Desire and I can't see anything different.

Any thoughts?

Running Android 2.2.1

Might be a silly question but have you tried updating the firmware?

Also, are you rooted or have a custom rom?

Yup, firmware is all up to date. The phone isn't rooted, should be completely standard. As far as I'm aware this never worked out of the box (girlfriend's phone so she may have done something to it I don't know about!).

The current Android version is 2.3.5 (at least 2.3.3, dependant on your network). You could try updating?
