Root Did I apply A2SD+ correctly?

I was just wondering if I applied A2SD+ correctly.
I went on the XDA site and found that you can add a script to CM to allow the use of A2SD+ and I did all that right. I typed in the correct code in the terminal. I just figured I would have more than 70mb of space when I moved all the apps to SD, but I dunno. I do noticed it moved it to sd/ext maybe it's supposed to be sd/ext3?

Thanks for the help

Sorry, had to resize it lol

when you say move are you moving it in the os to the sd card via application management?

is so, dont do this it will give you problems, they should all be on "phone" as sd-ext is seen as internal only it doesnt display the amount of space available in it via sdcard phone storage

use quick system info to display your storage values

I don't think I moved them like you are saying.
when I flashed the a2sd compatibility zip it required me to move apps that were installed prior to flashing.

In short, if you are running Apps2S+ correctly, all your apps should be on your phone and not your SD card.

In simple terms, they are stored on your SD card but it tricks the phone into thinking that they're on the phone.

Oh I see. The firerat version.

Yes, its one of the 2 main flashable solutions. The other being darktremor

Yea Darktremor was Firerat. Darktremor only being stable below 200Mb or so.

I want my card to arrive, an I hve to go out in the rain now.

EDIT: Readin about it it does say consider it "beta"

It seems to work fairly well. I get a little lag. Dunno if its the a2sd or not tho

How much room are you taking up so far? I was using Darktremor with Cyanogen and it worked well until I got to around 200Mb of apps, I then started getting market install failures etc. Mind you my class 2 might have had something to do with it. Maybe I should give it another go on a class 6?

Keep us informed.

A2SD Storage: Total: 0.89GB, Free:769MB
Internal Storage Total: 148MB, Free: 78.04MB
System Storage Total: 250MB, Free 130MB
Memory: Total: 406MB, Free: 185MB, Idle:32.98MB

I'm using a class 2 SD card as well.
I read somewhere for stuff like this it doesn't matter what class SD card you have. It only matters what class you have for moving stuff to/from your computer.

Something about the system only can read so fast or something. I forgot where I read this post.
