Root Did I mess up?

esploded

Newbie
I used gingerbreak to root my LG Optimus V, no problem.
I proceeded to use CWR to flash the custom rom Harmonia, no problem (followed instructions from the "How to Root + Recovery + Custom Rom" forum, which includes backing up via CWR). I then realized I hadn't backed up my data, so I restored my phone, used Titanium to batch backup.

Now, when I try to restore my apps, about halfway through, I'm getting the error "Parse error: There is a problem parsing the package", I've looked online, but I can't figure out how to do those "cures" or they just don't work.

App data also seems like it's not migrating over, including my sleep tracking... UGH.

Before you go in to the restore option you must first:

1.wipe cache partition
2.wipe Dalvik cache(in the advanced section)
3.wipe data/system restore
4.Format boot, system, data, and cache(in thew mounts and storage section).

5. Then go to restore and restore you ROM

If you don't do a complete wipe before a restore then the residual data will do all sorts of funky things to your system.
